Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice, though confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day.

International shipping is available — delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–14 working days).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and bespoke nature of our colour products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Replacement or repair will be offered at our discretion for genuinely faulty products.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for any exchange consideration.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Product Guarantee

Section 5 of 7

All Badge Studio products come with a 3-month quality guarantee from the date of delivery.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The guarantee does not cover damage from improper installation, modification, or misuse.

UV-resistant finishes are designed for long-term outdoor use but may vary depending on environmental exposure.

For guarantee claims, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
